Liner / Tank Membrane

The Liners are made by PVC, reinforced with compressed multilayer nylon mesh with options like Butyl Rubber or EPDM. Liners are pre-fabricated as one piece ‘bag’ to fit inside the water tank. These are non-sticky and chemically stabilized. With water inflow, it takes the shape of the tank. These liners are made of food grade, anti-algae material and are UV stabilized. These are also made according to anti cracking technology and tested up to 600,000 folds before any cracking.

• Hardness (Test Method BS903A26): 65 + 5 IRH.
• Modulus at 300% Elongation (Test Method BS903A2): Min. 5.0 Mpa.
• Tensile Strength (Test Method BS903A2): Min. 9.0 Mpa.
• Elongation at Break: Min. 400%.
• Tear Strength (Test Method BS903A3C): Min. 30 kn/m.
• Adhesion (Test Method DIN-53337): 12da/N.
• Finishing: Glossy Lacquered (both face).
