1. Flat Bottom Silos

Fabrionic Steel manufactures a wide range of grain storage flat bottom silos from 500 MT up to 12,500 MT in a single bin according to the latest available approved standards. The design of Fabrionic Steel dry bulk storage silos is made according to the loads on silos bins derived from American standard ANSI-ASAE EP 433:88 REV 2006 or German Standard DIN 1055 1987, wind load calculation (standard for 180 kmph and maximum up to 250 kmph) follows German standard DIN 1055- 4:2005-03, snow & Ice load calculation follows German standard DIN 1055-5: 2005-07. All the silos are designed according to respective seismic zone according to uniform building code and applicable snow load depending on the installation site. It uses UNI EN 10346: 2009 S350 GD+Z grade ultra-high tensile and high yield steel with fine molecular structure and controlled internal purity. It combines outstanding mechanical properties like fatigue resistance, toughness and formability along with abrasion resistance. TATA BLUESCOPE made marine grade Zinc-Alum-Silicon Alloy steel of AZ 150. which offers best available surface protection against corrosion even in harshest environment like costal region or the regions with high rain fall or snow fall, is used for wall sheets and roof panels. It is offered with yield strength of minimum 300 Mpa to maximum 550 Mpa depending on the application. ZINCALUME steel complies with ASI1397, ASTM A792M, IS 15961 and ISO 9364 standards. As an alternative solution, pre- galvanized steel with G300 to G450 grade galvanizing is also used for corrosion protection.

2. Hopper Bottom Silos

Hopper bottom silos are all designed, detailed and manufactured by Fabrionic Steel. The design is based upon loads and pressures derived from either the German DIN 1055 1987 or American standard ANSI- ASAE EP 433:88. Hopper silos are used for temporary storage or as a day bin. These Silos Ranges from 100 MT to 900 MT in terms of capacity of Grain. Fabrionic Steel gives premium hopper bottom silos with all the accessories like External & internal Ladders, Level Indicators & a pneumatic or motorized discharge gate for a smooth discharge of grain. Ventilation system consists of:

1. Centrifugal or Axial fans with inlet adapters
2. Roof vents
3. Roof fans (optional) Aeration laterals fixed inside the hopper bottom coastal regions.
